Scope
This policy describes how Angry Abes Apps, LLC handles information collected through AbesBot.
Information we collect
If you join the weekly digest, we collect your email address, consent time, signup source, and subscription status. If you submit a sponsorship inquiry, we collect your name, company, work email, package interest, message, and submission time. We may collect basic, non-identifying outbound-link event data such as the tool selected and the page location.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the digest, honor unsubscribe requests, respond to sponsorship inquiries, understand aggregate tool interest, prevent abuse, and improve AbesBot. We do not sell personal information.
Email choices
Digest subscribers may unsubscribe using the link included in each email. We will process opt-out requests promptly. We will not begin commercial mailings until our sending system includes the required sender identification, physical postal address, and unsubscribe controls.
Service providers and legal requirements
We may use hosting, email-delivery, analytics, payment, and business-service providers that process information for us. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Retention and security
We retain subscriber information while a subscription is active and as reasonably needed to document consent or comply with law. Sponsorship inquiries are retained for business follow-up and records. No method of storage is completely secure.
