Agreement and operator
These terms govern your use of AbesBot, operated by Angry Abes Apps, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Permitted use
You may use AbesBot for lawful evaluation and research. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated access, submit malicious content, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Recommendations and third parties
Recommendations are informational opinions, not guarantees or professional advice. Third-party products are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Angry Abes Apps, LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, pricing, availability, security, performance, or content.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbesBot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angry Abes Apps, LLC and its members, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on AbesBot or a third-party product. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid directly to Angry Abes Apps, LLC for the service during the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms and your use of AbesBot are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive, legal proceedings arising from these terms or the service must be brought in the state courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey, or the federal courts serving the District of New Jersey, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
